Founded in 1990, LWP Claims Solutions is a privately held “boutique” Workers’ Compensation Claims Administrator.

We have a proven track record for delivering results that are far superior to State averages. We combine customized services with the disciplined execution of our Best Practices in order to close claims much quicker than state averages, and at paid amounts that are very substantially lower than State averages.

State of the Art Claims System

LWP has partnered with Origami Risk to offer our clients a State-Of-The-Art platform that is secure, robust and can be customized for each client through configurations. This internet-based platform is consistent with our focus on aggressive adjusting and customization for clients. Its strengths include the ability to customize flags and triggers, extensive financial security measures, built-in tools to properly digest and verify the validity and accuracy of bills prior to payment, built in authority levels and customizable letters and reports. The system is updated 4-6 times each year, with added functionality and tools being developed continually.

Client Reporting

LWP offers our clients access to a robust reporting tool that includes a customizable dashboard as well as pre-formatted reports and an ad-hoc reporting tool. Clients can submit new claims through our secure reporting tool and can run reports and view claims data at any time.

We Are Certified

LWP was an early adopter of the SAS 70 Type 2 audit, having completed one every year since 2004. Our most recent audit, now in the enhanced SSAE16 Type 2 format was completed in February 2019.
