About Us

Founded in 1990, LWP Claims Solutions is a privately held “boutique” Workers’ Compensation Claims Administrator.

We have a proven track record for delivering results that are far superior to State averages. We combine customized services with the disciplined execution of our Best Practices in order to close claims much quicker than state averages, and at paid amounts that are very substantially lower than State averages.

Technology that Supports Our Clients’ Programs

Proprietary Claims System

LWP uses a third party claims system, Origami,” in order to offer our clients a platform that is consistent with our focus on aggressive adjusting and customization for clients. Its strengths include extensive financial security measures, built-in tools to properly digest and verify the validity and accuracy of bills prior to payment, built in authority levels, and our proprietary plan- of-action screens to ensure all aspects of claim handling are updated regularly. In addition to the advantages offered through these customized processes, working with a TPA who uses a proprietary system has additional advantages that include:

  • We do not compete for resources with others.
  • Our clients’ needs are the only priorities.
  • We can reprioritize work at any time to accommodate a client commitment
  • System is tailored to meet our specific workflows. No need to keep the system “generic”.

Client Reporting

LWP offers our clients access to a robust reporting tool that includes dashboard-style Risk Management reports as well as full ad-hoc reporting. Clients can access our live system through VPN access or can access recent data through internet connections.
